Under this scenario, you hire the "company" to get the work done, not a particular VA.

You interact only with the manager, never with the VAs who are doing the work. You simply receive the deliverables at the preset time.

After your needs assessment:

          1. You will determine the tasks you want us to       complete, with specific deliverables and time frames.

           2. The manager will ensure that the task is done by assigning one of our employees (VA) to your project. The company is responsible to provide deliverables.

1. If need be, the manager may assign your projects to the same VA on an on-going basis. However, the manager can use anyone who is available and is able to get the work done properly and efficiently.
2. At times, the manager may use someone else to cover when necessary, without your prior consent or knowledge.
3. We will train at least 2 people on your project to provide redundancy whenever needed.

"Do it yourself"

Under this scenario, you hire the company only to give you access to a specific VA (the tool) to get your job done.

That VA remains the employee of the company at all times but is assigned to you (the client).

After your needs assessment:

1. We will assign a specific VA to you.
2. You will teach that particular VA what you want him/her to do and how you want it done.
3. You will interact directly with that specific VA. No one else will be trained to do your tasks, just that VA.
4. We will supervise your VA to make sure she/he is doing the work, but, ultimately, you remain responsible for quality control.
5. The VA always remains our employee. You pay us, we pay them.
6. The VA is solely responsible to do the work and to provide  your deliverables.
